Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
If an item is out of stock upon ordering and you have been charged for it, all efforts will be made to fulfill your order or you will be refunded the amount of the product out of stock.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your item can be exchanged with notice at our bakery location 310 E Washington St. Slinger, WI 53086
Ney’s is not responsible for items once delivery has occurred. For home order deliveries, once the driver leaves it at your residence, you are responsible for any theft or loss that may occur.
