Raising all-natural, grass-fed beef has been the family business for over 5 generations. In 1965, my dad purchased our homestead and decided to do things the right way – raise cattle naturally on a grass-fed diet, sell beef directly from the farm, dry-age the whole animal for 21 days, and never sacrifice quality or integrity. Today, we continue to source and process quality meats that discerning consumers have come to expect.
Our mission is to provide our valued customers a natural, pastured meat product processed in WI. Our standards for product sourcing include: sustainable, ethical, environmentally-friendly, and humane methods mean our grass-fed cattle are never placed in feed lots, where disease and unsanitary conditions can breed.
Our home farm has been producing meat since 1965. We are a USDA inspected facility and have built our brand and consumer trust over the years.
