Brookfield Farmer's MarketOur Management Philosophy is to raise cattle in a manner which promotes their instinctive behavior. Our bovines range free on rolling pastures eating grass consisting of timothy brome, and clover.

They drink fresh, deep, cool well water derived from limestone bedrock which is rich in minerals.

They have constant access to exercise, sunlight and shelter. In short, they are raised naturally, as God intended.

At Big Sky we take stewardship of the land seriously. It is treated as a gift to the next generation....because it is!

The great taste and excellent quality of our beef comes from a commitment to better beef – from how we feed and care for our cattle to the way we process and dry-age the beef. We are dedicated to producing the highest quality, most humane, best tasting beef there is – naturally! So our beef is minimally processed with no artificial ingredients.

You know the beef you buy at your local super-market? This isn't it. Here at All Natural Beef, we do things differently. Very differently.

Our tender, grass fed Hereford and Angus Beef are raised on our rich, naturally managed grass and clover pastures without any growth hormones, antibiotics or chemicals -just as Mother Nature always intended. With its juicy and mouth-watering flavor, we're confident once you try our all natural lean beef, you'll never go back to regular super-market brands again.

Unlike super-market beef, our natural lean beef live in what could easily described as cow-heaven. Forget crowding hundreds or even thousands of cattle into small feedlots and herding them with four-wheelers as is the practice with super-market beef. Our Hereford and Angus Beef are hand-raised on regularly rotated fields. This gives our all natural beef its "homegrown" flavor our customers say reminds them how beef tasted years ago.

Ney’s Big Sky Beef is full of flavor. Part of the secret is in how our cattle are fed. We know that cattle raised on an all natural diet produces beef that has a better taste. And notice the finely textured marbling of Ney’s Big Sky Beef. It’s another sign that our beef is sure to be tender, juicy and delicious.

Premium Quality Beef

We are providing a premium quality beef, typically associated with fine restaurants and steak houses, now available for you to enjoy at home. All of our beef is hand-selected to be USDA Choice quality or higher, and is graded and certified by the USDA to meet our quality specifications.

Nothing Artificial

We do not use any growth-stimulating hormones on our cattle, nor do we feed any animal by-products to our cattle.

Like many people, we too are concerned about the overuse of antibiotics. Therefore, our cattle are raised without the use of antibiotics. This way of raising cattle takes more time and is less efficient, however we are dedicated to taking the proper steps to achieve premium quality beef.
