Ney’s Big Sky steaks are individually vacuum wrapped or sealed.
Our beef is processed in a USDA certified facility. It is dry-aged 21 days for tenderness, hand cut and trimmed with care, vacuum sealed, and immediately frozen at the time of processing.Your order is placed in an insulated container with dry ice or freezer gel packs.
All beef cuts are wrapped in freezer paper.
Receiving a Frozen Product.
If your beef is no longer frozen at the time you open your package, as long as it is cool to the touch, you can either place the beef in your freezer or refrigerator. If you place the beef in your refrigerator, please cook it within a day or two.
