We sell direct to the consumer in bulk beef (1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or whole steers), individual sampler boxes, or custom beef packages to meet your requirements. All of our beef is quality graded young cattle, dry aged for a minimum of 21 days to assure tenderness and full flavor.

We start by selecting only the best cattle, then raising them on our pastures, feeding them certified grain which is guaranteed free of ruminant protein and animal by-products.

We use no growth hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.
